Myrtle Beach is the sun and fun capital of the Grand Strand that beckons thousands to the semi-tropical paradise that’s a golfer’s dream, a fisherman’s delight, a family vacation heaven and a tennis buff’s fantasy. A 60-mile span of beaches that stretch from Little River to Georgetown make up this summer playland. Myrtle Beach is also becoming more nationally known with high-income consumers who are aware the area is a prime market for second homes, investments homes and permanent housing. With restaurants galore, vibrant nightlife and accommodation that ranges from high-rise beachfront hotels to campsites with indoor swimming pools, Myrtle Beach is the perfect all-round getaway destination.
