Where the others are low-key with broad appeal, South Beach is high-energy and high fashion. It attracts a fast-lane crowd, including a lot of New Yorkers who commute down on winter weekends, muscle boys, circuit queens, lipstick lesbians and everyone in the fashion business. Rock or hip-hop bars/clubs that aren’t what South Beach is all about. Bring sandals for daytime at the beach. For most people, South Beach is being described as the American riviera. The condo hotel project that is being built has larger rooms, better views and a completely neat property.
South Beach is known for its lively and exciting night life. Every imaginable aspect of entertainment is present here — theatre, symphony, night clubs, and restaurants. The best way to plan for a spring break at South Beach is to get a package deal. You can try to find transportation and lodging on your own, but the prices will probably end up be higher.
Style is everywhere in South Beach, and often free for the looking. The posh art deco hotels mesh original period details with high-fashion touches.
The destination club Quintess has two homes in Miami Beach including a four-bedroom waterfront house and a two-bedroom residence in an 1930s art deco building. Ritz-Carlton offers five different floor plans at this property ranging from townhouses to penthouse triplexes. But no one beside the hotel’s lender qualified when the boutique hotel built in 1937 and updated with trendy decor was set for auction last week. The article states that over the years, people would be willing to pay for property with land without hesitation. The hotel filed bankruptcy protection March 8th. During the auction, bidders were required to pay a $500,000 deposit however the $5 million wasn’t worth it to the potential investors even thought lot it’s estimated worth is $6.7 million.
