Cable Beach Bahamas

Nassau is not only the largest but also the capital city of The Bahamas. Cable Beach Nassau, Bahamas is so recognized all over the globe that you can surely get a lot of information over the net and some travel books. The all-new Sheraton Cable Beach Resort features an array of new amenities and dining options, bringing a fresh and inviting guest experience to the Bahamas. Situated on a 1,000-foot stretch of Nassau?s spectacular Cable Beach, the Sheraton Cable Beach Resort is set on seven exquisite acres of stunning waterscape, including three freshwater pools with flowing waterfalls, a swim-up bar and oversized Jacuzzis nestled among tropical landscaping. Sunday shopping is still relatively new to the Bahamas and so you will find that some shops will open while others choose not to open. Nearby are the cruise ship docks, presenting the grand and majestic ships.

Bahamas real estate for sale along Cable Beach is varied, and affords many options to the discerning buyer. Real estate available on or near Cable Beach includes Bahamas condos , luxurious townhouses and elegant manor homes that offer beach front privacy with amenities such as shopping, hotels, golf and casinos just a short walk away. Enjoying the amazing water on Cable Beach is one of my fondest memories of my recent honeymoon. The feeling of being high above the calm ocean looking down on the beauty of the Bahamas as I hang from a parachute was also a fantastic experience. Every guestroom at Sheraton Cable Beach is dressed in the undeniable comfort of an all inclusive resort. Private balconies overlook Nassau’s surreal tropical terrain, and blissful amenities provide every necessary convenience.

Pinctada Cable Beach is the latest addition to the portfolio owned by Marilynne Paspaley, a member of the Paspaley family who have been master pearlers in the Kimberley since 1935. In keeping with her pearling heritage, Marilynne Paspaley already owns two historic master pearlers’ residences in the centre of Broome, McAlpine House and Captain Kennedy House, both built in the early 1900s, when the town was commonly known as the ‘port of pearls’. Instead of an actual beach, Cable Beach is the name given to a string of resorts and beaches that lie in the center of New Providence’s northern coast, attracting the most visitors. This beachfront offers 6.5km (4 miles) of soft white sand, with many different types of food, restaurants, snack bars, and watersports offered by the hotels lining the waterfront. One of the best ways to see the spectacular sunset at Cable Beach is from the back of a camel! This afternoon tour of Broome gives you an insight into Broome’s pearl industry history, a tour through Chinatown and Gantheaume Point, before climbing aboard your camel for a ride along the sands whilst watching the sun go down.

One of the best known images from Cable Beach is of the Camel train. Run by Red Sun Camels, the camel train of camels (all individuals with lovely names and their own profile on the website!) has become a fixture on Cable Beach during sunrise and sunset. Cable Beach is also known for top end resorts, many of which can be found in the area surrounding the beach.

Because it is just across the street from “hotel row,” the course gets a lot of traffic. Good hotel if you want to stay by the pool all day. Also has a nice white sand beach. The hotel’s Bimini Market serves buffet-style food and is open for breakfast lunch and dinner, with views of the pool area. Amici, A Trattoria is the resort’s high-end establishment serving traditional Italian cuisine.
