Perfect for the beach. Tested it in my living room and assembled and disassembled in less than 5 minutes. It also comes with 4 metal hooks to secure each corner in the sand. Also has a nice carry case to sling right over the shoulder. The colors are bright and cheery and the material appears to be strong and not cheap. I can't wait to use this at the beach. In my opinion, it looks much easier to use than a beach umbrella, and I have no fear of it blowing away because of the hooks (or I can weigh it down with a full cooler or sand chairs because it has a base).
